Chester’s New Exciting Indoor Play Area By day Funky Town is an amazing Indoor Adventure Play Centre for younger children, by night it transforms into Laser Storm, an exciting team game of 'hide and seek' within a darkened, pulsating and misty 3-level play arena. Whatever the age of your child this indoor activity arena will certainly keep them entertained and highly energized. Funky Town Play If you are looking for a place where your child can run and play (and exercise without even realising) whilst you relax with other parents and enjoy a coffee in the knowledge that your child is completely safe and happy then Funky Town is the place for you!! The centre incorporates a huge play structure with three decks of fun, a separate play area for toddlers and a baby gym area. Their plush leather sofas and fully stocked café provides a comfortable atmosphere for the parents. What’s more they also offer free wi – fi access. Laser Storm Laser Storm is held in the evenings for children aged 7+. Take part in the game using a combination of stealth, accuracy and intellect in order to zap the opposing team and win the game! You can fight it out individually or in teams using hi-tech interactive laser guns. Individual results sheets show rankings, scores, shots, who you hit and who hit you!! We love it here. We've been a few times now and the kids always have a great time. The staff are so friendly, and its never a chore when my kids pester them, they always stop and play. We came here for a Laser Storm party recently, and it was brilliant. I didn't realise Funky Monkeys hosted laser parties until a friend told me about them. WOW!! What a fantastic place, just got home and felt I should shout about it! The place was nice and clean, the food was tasty and the staff are a credit to the place.
